LinDel Sandlin acts, sings, does voiceovers and plays around on the ukulele.  She has starred in over 40 plays and musicals both regionally and Off-Off-Broadway (most of which have been original works).  She has also starred in several independent films and appeared on Law & Order: SVU, and Late Night with Conan O’Brien.  She has also performed in cabarets, comedy clubs and at funky performance art venues on NYC’s Lower East Side before it was trendy to be there.

On the other side of the footlights, LinDel served as assistant director for several Off-Off Broadway productions.  Prior to moving to New York, she was the director and co-producer of Agatha’s Mystery Dinner Theatre in Atlanta for over 3 years.   She also served as Development Director at Wings Theatre Company in Greenwich Village where she wrote scintillating grant applications.

LinDel wrote her own stand-up comedy routines, and co-wrote both a TV sitcom pilot and several segments for a radio comedy show pilot.  She also writes poetry (a sampling of which can be found here).  Her latest writing adventure was co-writing the book and lyrics for a musical spoof, Judy Gale’s Beach Blast, which was selected as a semi-finalist by the New York Musical Theater Festival in 2010.
